About Us

Move Fitness provides fun, creative & challenging online fitness programs to get stronger, gain confidence, and learn to love your body and all it can do for you! Our movement options are varied in level and range from dance fitness, high impact HIIT, low impact stretching and all in between!

We host live streaming classes, on-demand programs and private coaching groups for Healthy Living lifestyle and nutrition education.

Move is led by strong woman (and a few awesomely supportive men :) that aim to lift up each one of our Move Family members, empowering you to surpass your beliefs of what you are capable physically, mentally and emotionally! The team uses fun movement and healthy living lifestyle shifts to help you be your best YOU! All of our instructors are professional, well trained and focus on your success and safety in their instruction.

During your journey you’ll be instructed by our Move Fitness team of instructors, and primary led & coached by Nicole Johnson. Nicole, Owner and instructor, is a mother of 2, wife, entrepreneur, crazy busy woman, and juggling the circus of life just like you! She’s is also obsessed with helping women find their way to their best selves through fun movement, positive support and a balanced healthy living lifestyle. Nicole will always remind you of how important your self care is and that YOU DESERVE TO FEEL AMAZING FROM THE INSIDE OUT! She’ll guide you through the tools you need to become stronger, in many areas of life, and cheer you on while you sweat it up together in some kick-butt workout sessions. :) 

Nicole will lead you through many of the courses and workouts featured. She has been teaching dance to various ages for over 20 years and adult group fitness for 9 years. Her training is focused in dance fitness, Zumba, Piyo, Barre, flexibility for mobility, Pound, and various strength & toning formats. Safe, professional instruction is the highest priority in her teachings.
